We came across this beautiful video by Mothercare on swaddling your Newborn baby.
Although each baby is different, and some may or may not like swaddling. But swaddling has been used since centuries. It is a good idea to wrap them tightly in a light weight blanket when its time to sleep. It makes them feel quite snug and secure, at the same time prevents suffocation, and even SIDS.
Always use a swaddling blanket, and always be guided by your baby. Usually the first few months is a good idea. And please remember never to use pillows, crib side bedding, and blankets or toys in the crib as it might be a choking hazard.
With love from the Sure Basics Baby Proofing team.
